The current political/finance debate is if and when will we have QE III.
Consider…

From October of 2007 to March 6 of 2009 the stock market lost 56% of its value.
“You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” Rahm Emanuel.
QE I started in March of 2009.

From April of 2010 through July of 2010 the market dropped nearly 16%.
“Never waste a good crisis.” Secretary of State Hillary Rodham
The Fed responded with QE II

Since April 29, 2011 the S&P 500 has dropped over 6%.
There is “great opportunity in the midst of” the “great crisis” befalling America. President Obama
How low does the market have to go before we get QE III?

Remember the Wall St. Adage, “Don’t fight the Fed.” Stay nimble. Prepare for a rough summer, but don’t be afraid to invest with the Fed when the next round of stimulus is announced.
